Job Overview
A law firm seeks a full-time Newly Admitted Attorney to join their legal support team in Hackensack, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to engage in courtroom activities. They will adeptly anticipate the needs of their assigned Partner and manage client interactions professionally and promptly.

Duties

  • Demonstrate a strong desire to assist clients.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Develop and prove damage models.
  • Formulate strategic case approaches.
  • Exhibit strong writing, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Strive for successful outcomes for injured clients.
  • Engage with cutting-edge technologies.

 

Requirements

  • Admission to the NJ Bar.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Demonstrated character and commitment through past experiences.
  • Interest in learning litigation from certified civil trial attorneys.
  • Willingness to train in client intake, discovery, and trial processes.
  • Desire to originate new cases.
  • Understanding of legal medicine is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Second language skills, such as Spanish, are a plus.

 

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

 

Certifications

  • Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
