Job Overview
A law firm seeks a General Corporate Associate with expertise in crypto and blockchain transactions in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of transactional experience advising crypto and web3 companies.

Duties

  • Advise on venture capital financings, including crypto token rights or token warrants.
  • Handle crypto token, digital asset, and NFT issuances.
  • Manage primary and secondary sales of crypto tokens and digital assets.
  • Create offshore structures related to crypto token and digital asset issuances.
  • Address general corporate, compensation, and employment matters.

 

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of transactional experience in crypto and blockchain.
  • Understanding of blockchain technology and markets.
  • Familiarity with securities law and regulatory issues around crypto tokens is a plus.

 

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

 

Certifications

  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
