A law firm seeks an Antitrust Associate to join its team in Chicago, Illinois. The successful candidate will engage in a dynamic practice involving civil litigation and class action defense, with opportunities for significant responsibility and professional growth.

Duties

• Participate in antitrust audits and compliance programs.
• Provide antitrust counseling and litigation support.
• Engage in government investigations and enforcement matters.
• Assist in mergers and acquisitions and international cartel investigations.
• Contribute to class action litigation and private treble damage litigation.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of antitrust experience.
• Demonstrated background in civil litigation and class action defense.
• Excellent academic credentials and writing skills.
• Large firm experience preferred.
• Completion of a federal clerkship is strongly considered.
• Illinois bar admission required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Illinois State Bar.
