Duties

• Oversee the deal process with private equity, family offices, and sovereign funds across LP investments.
• Manage specialist counsel focused on tax structures and financing agreements related to acquisitions.
• Ensure board minutes, operating agreements, and commercial contracts align with strategic goals.
• Provide proactive risk management and advisory on corporate governance for multi-jurisdictional entities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of high-level corporate law experience, ideally within a top-tier firm or boutique focusing on PE/M&A.
• Proven ability to understand the underlying business mechanics of a deal.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to interface directly with principals and advisors.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
