Duties

  • Advise clients on environmental regulatory and administrative enforcement matters.
  • Handle issues under CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Air Act, and the Clean Water Act.
  • Conduct environmental due diligence and investigations.
  • Manage site and sale of potentially contaminated properties.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
