Duties

• Conduct litigation under the California Environmental Quality Act and housing laws.
• Perform land use entitlement and CEQA analyses.
• Provide regulatory counseling under state and federal environmental laws.
• Engage in legal research and writing.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant litigation experience.
• Admission to the California Bar.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to work a minimum of three days in the office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
