Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks multiple experienced and motivated Litigation Associates in Manchester, NH. The role involves representing clients in commercial disputes, conducting research, drafting litigation documents, managing discovery phases, and attending legal proceedings.

Duties

• Represent clients in commercial disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions.
• Manage all phases of discovery, including e-discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, arbitrations, trials, and mediations.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of outside experts.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal laws.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution.
• License to practice in MA, NH, and/or other New England states preferred.
• 2+ years of law firm experience with commercial litigation preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• License to practice law in relevant states.
