Duties

• Manage all aspects of patent litigation, including written discovery and brief writing.
• Conduct substantial depositions and participate in trial proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop litigation strategies.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of patent litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice in New York.
• Prior experience at a national law firm preferred.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• New York State Bar admission.
