Duties

  • Collaborate on litigation matters as needed.
  • Work independently and as part of a team on diverse legal issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of relevant legal experience.
  • Experience with public procurement and contract negotiation.
  • Familiarity with construction law and public entity representation preferred.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
