Duties

  • Draft legal documents and agreements.

  • Knowledge of US regulatory regime and bankruptcy issues in derivatives.
  • Experience with digital assets and related transactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and transaction management experience.
  • Excellent academic track record.
  • Experience in cross-border work.
  • Strong client relationship skills and business development experience.
  • Attention to detail.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in New York.
