Job Overview

Duties

• Provide counsel on customs matters, including ruling requests and audit defense.

• Handle export control and sanctions matters, including compliance counseling and enforcement defense.
• Engage in CFIUS and national security regulatory matters.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in customs and trade remedies.
• Familiarity with tariffs under IEEPA, Section 232, and Section 301.
• Strong verbal, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Relevant legal certifications preferred.

Skills
