Duties

• Advise on energy transition finance matters.
• Handle transactions in financing and M&A of energy transition projects.
• Manage tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization matters.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of experience in energy transition finance.
• Proven experience in tax equity and renewable energy tax credit matters.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.
