A law firm seeks a Corporate Mid-Level Associate for its Private Credit practice group in New York. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in corporate work, focusing on private credit transactions with direct lenders, private credit funds, and institutional investors.

Duties

• Engage in corporate finance transactions, leveraged buyouts, and acquisition financings.
• Structure and execute first lien, unitranche, and subordinated loan transactions.
• Handle structured equity investments and equity co-investments.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant corporate experience.
