Duties

• Support transactional practice in financial services and fintech sectors.

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest in financial services and fintech.
• Familiarity with BaaS, co-brand credit card, and merchant acquiring agreements.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Bar membership in New York or Washington, DC.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Licensed to practice law in New York or Washington, DC.
