Duties

• Assist in community development transactions using tax credits.
• Collaborate with team members on various finance projects.
• Conduct legal research and draft related documents.
• Provide legal advice on tax credit matters.

Requirements

• Zero to five years of transactional experience.
• Interest in community development transactions.
• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing.

Skills

• Superior academic performance.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Experience with NMTCs, HTCs, and RETCs is helpful.
• Commercial real estate or lending experience is advantageous.
