Duties

• Manage construction defect cases from inception to resolution.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in construction defect law at the partner level.
• Proven ability to manage files and client relationships effectively.
• Excellent professional references and a stable work history.
• Active member of the California Bar in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
