Associate Attorney - Litigation Defense

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with over three years of civil litigation experience for its Austin, Texas office. The ideal candidate will have a background in personal injury defense, transportation litigation, construction, and/or product defect cases.

Duties

• Handle legal matters related to civil litigation defense.
• Provide excellent client service efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in the State of Texas.
• Occasional local and state-wide travel may be required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
