Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Immigration Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join its Washington, D.C. office. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. The role involves representing clients in various immigration proceedings, including removal, family-based immigration, and federal court litigation.

Duties

• Represent clients in removal proceedings in Immigration Court.
• Litigate immigration matters in federal court.
• Handle family-based immigration, naturalization, and waiver proceedings before USCIS.
• Manage consular processing and other immigration proceedings.

Requirements

• Active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction).
• Experience in removal defense, criminal-immigration matters, and federal court litigation.

Education

• Strong academic credentials.
