A law firm seeks a Patent Agent or Technical Advisor to join the Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group on the Software and Electrical Engineering Team in Atlanta, GA.

Duties

  • Prepare and prosecute patent applications in the areas of 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards.
  • Work on patent applications related to memory devices and semiconductor devices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patent prosecution.
