Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate to join their practice group in Hartford, New Haven, Stamford, or Boston, with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

Duties

  • Engage in transactional commercial real estate matters.
  • Conduct title and survey reviews.
  • Negotiate and close transactions involving purchases, sales, borrowing, and leasing.
  • Collaborate with team members on complex deals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two to three years of experience in transactional commercial real estate.
  • Proven ability to manage transactions independently.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
