Duties

  • Collaborate with medical and vocational experts for case assessments.
  • Manage litigation processes, including discovery and trial preparation.
  • Organize and maintain case files and oversee related tasks.
  • Uphold professional ethics and compliance with regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active admission to the Georgia Bar.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, research, and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage a robust caseload independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of Georgia laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Must be located in or near the State of Georgia.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active admission to the Georgia Bar.
