Associate Attorney

Job Overview

The successful candidate will participate in all stages of cases, from pre-suit claim investigation to trial and appeal, as part of a dynamic team.

Duties

• Prepare for trials, including strategy discussions, discovery, and client interviews.
• Conduct legal research and investigate people, businesses, and worksites.
• Draft briefs, memos, and client updates.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations.

Requirements

• Active Bar License and in good standing with a state bar.
• 2-4 years' experience in defense litigation; product liability or toxic tort litigation is a plus.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Client-focused with a proactive approach to challenges.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Active Bar License required.
