The position offers flexibility to work from various office locations, including Winston-Salem, NC; Charleston, WV; Morgantown, WV; or Pittsburgh, PA, with potential for remote work requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Duties

• Advise clients on traditional labor matters.
• Collaborate with clients from various industries.
• Engage in legal research and case preparation.
• Represent clients in negotiations and hearings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in traditional labor law.
• Familiarity with employment matters.
• Active Bar license in at least one state.
• Willingness to become barred in NC, WV, PA, or FL.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership.
