Duties

• Engage in patent litigation in federal district court, including fact development and discovery.
• Participate in ITC (Section 337) investigations and coordinate with parallel proceedings.
• Draft high-quality written work, including briefs and motions.
• Collaborate with technical experts to present persuasive arguments.
• Involve in PTAB proceedings, including IPRs.
• Explore SEPs/FRAND and disputes involving telecommunications standards.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of patent litigation experience.
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
