The candidate should be an active member of the State Bar of California. Must be able to work independently and collaborate with a team; the ability to think outside the box and attention to detail is a must; General knowledge of the California Rules of Court, San Diego Local Rules, court forms, and filing procedures; Strong computer and organization skills; Works well independently and with a team; Proficient in MS Office, Essential Forms, MyCase, Dissomaster, etc. Must possess strong organizational skills, superior writing and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage their own family law cases.
