Job Overview

Duties

• Advise clients on standalone commercial transactions.
• Draft and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements.
• Focus on principal-side deal work in the music, entertainment, and content space.
• Collaborate with clients on strategic partnership agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Substantial experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience in technology transactions or IP licensing preferred.
• Prior experience in entertainment, music, or media is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
