Requirements

• Two or more years of private practice experience in corporate and commercial matters.
• Experience with middle-market mergers and acquisitions preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.

• Outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Maine or eligibility to obtain admission.
