Lateral Attorney

A law firm seeks experienced attorneys to join its dynamic legal team in Minneapolis. These opportunities are open to seasoned practitioners or small groups of attorneys in practice areas such as business litigation, corporate law, banking, family law, estate planning, and real estate. Duties:

• Provide high-quality legal counsel and representation in one or more of the following areas:
  • Business Litigation
  • Corporate Law
  • Banking
  • Family Law
  • Estate Planning
  • Real Estate
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while expanding the firm’s practice.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Manage and develop a book of business to support firm growth and profitability.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in one or more of the specified practice areas.
• Proven ability to attract, retain, and manage clients.
• Strong legal acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Minnesota State Bar or eligibility to obtain it.
