Duties

• Work on complex transactions involving public agencies.

• Review and draft contracts for public entities.
• Attend public meetings and collaborate with agency staff and officials.

Requirements

• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Relevant experience in public agency law.
• Advanced writing and research skills.
• Experience with land use and planning.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
