Corporate M&A Associate

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate M&A Associate with 5-6 years of experience to join its Denver, CO office. The ideal candidate will have a background in middle market and lower middle market M&A and private equity transactions, with additional experience in outside general counsel work being advantageous but not required.

Duties

• Manage and execute complex M&A transactions.
• Collaborate with deal teams to provide strategic legal advice.
• Engage in client consultations to understand business objectives.
• Draft and review transaction documents and agreements.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions.
• Strong academic performance and communication skills.
• Proven track record of success in a law firm environment.
• Growth-oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
