Duties

• Lead and manage mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
• Contribute to capital markets transactions and compliance reporting.
• Advise on venture capital and early-stage investment transactions.
• Engage in private equity fund formation and governance.
• Provide guidance on structured finance transactions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate law.
• Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission in Minnesota.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in Minnesota or eligibility for admission without examination.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Experience with corporate governance and securities filings preferred.
