Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level project finance associate specializing in renewable energy to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves working on debt and tax equity financings and related development for renewable energy assets, including solar, wind, and storage.

Duties

  • Support construction and term debt facilities and tax credit monetization transactions.
  • Assist in financing transactions, acquisitions, and joint ventures of projects and platforms.

Requirements

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
