A law firm seeks a Zoning and Land Use Associate to join their dynamic team in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The role involves supporting a growing practice in zoning and land use law, with opportunities to work in the Lehigh Valley and Central Pennsylvania regions.

Duties

• Represent property owners, developers, tenants, and municipalities in land entitlement and development processes.
• Prepare and file zoning/use permit applications.
• Review and interpret zoning plans.
• Appear before zoning and planning boards and community organizations.
• Engage in appellate work, if applicable.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in zoning and land use law.
• Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Familiarity with the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (MPC).

Education

• J.D. or equivalent degree from a well-respected U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to PA Bar.
