Duties

• Manage and coordinate corporate closings, including due diligence.

• Review and revise contracts.
• Draft and negotiate stock and asset purchase agreements.
• Handle trademark application processes, including responding to office actions.
• Analyze information and communicate effectively with attorneys and clients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of private practice experience.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team on multiple complex matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
