Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney for their offices in Seattle, WA, and Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to handling a variety of M&A transactions, including private equity and private target transactions.

Duties

  • Manage and execute M&A transactions from inception to closing.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful deal outcomes.
  • Conduct due diligence and draft transaction documents.
  • Advise clients on legal and business risks associated with transactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in M&A transactions.
  • Experience at an AmLaw 100 firm is required.
  • Excellent academic credentials.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of employment.
