Corporate Associate Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate Attorney with three to five years of experience to join its Corporate Finance Division in Phoenix, AZ. This role offers the chance to work with a well-established corporate group on dynamic transactions for national clients.

Duties

• Engage in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
• Advise on '34 Act compliance and reporting.
• Participate in venture capital and early-stage investment transactions.
• Contribute to private equity transactions, including fund formation and governance.
• Provide investment management representation to broker-dealers and investment advisers.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission without examination in Minnesota.
• 2-4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, or capital markets transactions.
• Experience in corporate governance, venture capital, or private offerings preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing.
