Duties

• Participate in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Engage in corporate restructurings and recapitalizations.
• Assist with strategic partnerships and cross-border transactions.
• Contribute to fund formation and private equity investments.

Requirements

• Four to seven years of corporate experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
• Experience in the business/corporate group of a large law firm.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Minnesota bar admission or eligibility for admission.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Minnesota bar admission or ability to obtain.
