Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its Corporate Finance Division in Minneapolis, MN. This role offers the chance to work with a well-established corporate group on dynamic transactions for national clients.

Duties

• Engage in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and private equity transactions.
• Advise on '34 Act compliance and reporting.
• Participate in venture capital and early-stage investment transactions.
• Contribute to structured finance transactions and investment management representations.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission in Minnesota.
• 2-4 years of experience in relevant transactional work.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in corporate governance and securities offerings preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar.
