Duties

• Collaborate with lead counsel to develop proactive case strategies.
• Align case strategies with burdens of proof and evidentiary requirements.
• Draft dispositive motions, oppositions, and replies.
• Prepare mediation briefs, findings of fact, conclusions of law, and trial memoranda.
• Develop voir dire strategy, trial briefing, and proposed orders.
• Design direct- and cross-examination frameworks.
• Work with discovery attorneys to integrate key factual proof into briefs.
• Assist trial counsel in preparing for hearings and trial presentations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Strong skills in precise, structured, high-level legal writing.
• Understanding of burdens of proof and argument construction.
• Ability to communicate intellectual depth with succinct precision.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada.
