Job Overview: A law firm seeks a highly motivated and organized Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join their expanding team in Tennessee. Duties:

• Case Evaluation: Analyze personal injury claims by reviewing medical records, documents, and evidence to assess the strength and potential value of each case.
• Legal Representation: Advocate for clients in personal injury cases, preparing legal documents such as claims, petitions, and appeals, while representing clients in hearings and administrative proceedings.
• Legal Strategy: Develop comprehensive legal strategies to safeguard clients' rights, conduct legal research, gather evidence, and consult with experts as needed.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and guiding them through the legal process.
• Medical & Vocational Assessment: Collaborate with medical and vocational experts to assess the extent of injuries and their impact on clients' ability to work, ensuring appropriate compensation levels.
• Litigation: Represent clients in litigation when claims are disputed or denied, including preparing for trials, conducting discovery, and presenting evidence.
• Case Management: Oversee case logistics, from file organization to managing deadlines and coordinating with medical and vocational professionals.
• Adherence to Ethics: Uphold ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal regulations and professional conduct at all times.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation.
• Admission to the Tennessee Bar and a valid license to practice law in Tennessee.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
• Knowledge of Tennessee laws and procedures relevant to personal injury cases.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
