Job Overview

A law firm seeks a skilled and motivated Complex Litigation Associate in Palo Alto, CA. The successful candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in managing and trying high-stakes, complex, multi-party disputes across various industries, including technology and life sciences, in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings.

Duties

• Oversee all phases of complex litigation from strategy development to trial and appeals.
• Manage discovery processes and develop litigation strategies.
• Engage in oral and written advocacy and negotiation.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of trial litigation experience.
• Experience in state and federal courts and arbitration.
• Strong background in complex, multi-party disputes.
• Excellent academic credentials and top law firm experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
