Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level or senior associate for its Litigation practice group in Palo Alto, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in trademark, copyright, trade secrets, and other complex commercial litigation.

Duties

  • Represent clients in trademark and copyright litigation.
  • Engage in complex commercial litigation matters.
  • Participate in proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and other relevant bodies.

 

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of relevant litigation experience.
  • Admitted to the California bar.
  • Experience with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office preferred.

 

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications

  • California Bar admission.
