A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their expanding practice in Buffalo, New York. The attorney will manage motor vehicle liability cases, including trial preparation, depositions, and in-court trials, representing plaintiff clients in Buffalo and surrounding areas.

Duties

• Handle motor vehicle accident cases in litigation.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Requirements

• Law degree (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the New York Bar Association.
• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and take them to trial.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
