Duties:

  • Taking and defending depositions to support litigation strategies.
  • Collaborating with legal teams and clients to develop effective case strategies.
  • Representing clients in court proceedings and hearings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Oregon.
  • Proven experience in document review, legal research, and writing.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Oregon State Bar.

Skills:

  • Excellent document review, research, and writing skills.
  • Strong oral advocacy skills with experience in taking and defending depositions.
  • Proficient in drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
