Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation

Job Overview
A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with at least one year of litigation experience to join their Portland, Oregon office. This position offers the chance to engage in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including professional liability, premises liability, products liability, real estate disputes, business litigation, and construction litigation.

Duties

• Handle diverse commercial litigation cases.

Requirements

• 1+ year of civil litigation experience.
• Exposure to premises liability, products liability, real estate, environmental disputes, insurance, and/or construction litigation.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Oregon.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Oregon.
