Duties

• Draft and negotiate loan documentation for commercial banking transactions.
• Review due diligence materials for real estate and asset-based lending transactions.
• Engage in construction lending and financing for land development.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality legal services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of substantive experience in commercial banking transactions.
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
