Duties

  • Conduct depositions, prepare motions, and manage discovery in complex defense litigation.

  • Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and other dispute-resolution proceedings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of litigation experience, including deposition practice.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional writing skills.

  • Admitted to practice in the New York Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the New York State Bar.
