Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Investment Funds Associate in Atlanta, GA. Duties

• Manage structured securities offerings for the Investment Funds Group.
• Represent real estate companies, REITs, and investors in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.
• Produce timely and accurate work products and meet deadlines.
• Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including virtual meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in structured securities offerings.
• Experience with commercial real estate law preferred.
• AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the state of office location.

• Strong business judgment and attention to detail.
