Job Overview

Duties

• Participate in complex transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures.
• Engage in due diligence and manage transaction closings.
• Draft and analyze legal documents with precision.
• Communicate effectively with clients and supervising attorneys.
• Second-chair complex transactions and interact directly with clients.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in transactional work.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Excellent organization and matter management abilities.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of Georgia.
• Experience in securities is beneficial but not required.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
