Job Overview

A law firm seeks an associate attorney with three to seven years of experience in trial and litigation for its San Diego, CA office. Duties

• Develop and implement litigation strategies in complex cases.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial.
• Present constitutional arguments clearly and persuasively.
• Handle cases involving public entity clients and government claims procedures.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of litigation experience.
• Experience with public entity clients and related legal procedures.
• Proficiency in electronic discovery and motion practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
